Learning Mathematics in Words

Song listening to : Sean Kingston - Fire Burning on the Dance Floor

Hmm, back to the topic..
Well, my Maths teacher has a very unique way of studying Mathematics at Form 6 level..
That is, to memorise the theory in WORDS!
and we Lower 6 Alpha and Beta classes were taught to do that..
Man, it really was really hard at first, but it gets interesting as we went along!!
Here are some examples :

1) x has three forms : x multiply by one, x divided by one and x to the power of one

2) If we can find all the elements in Set A which is also inside Set B, then Set A is the subset of Set B.

Similarly,
3) If we cannot find any element in Set A which is not inside Set B, then Set A is the subset of Set B.

and today we learnt something new,
4) The first set minus the second set is equal to the first set intersect with the compliment of the second set.

5) A' is read as the compliment of A or A prime.

By using the 5th example, we can answer this question!!

Q : What is the compliment of Optimus??
A : Optimus Prime!!! (LOL)

Hahaha!! Nice one man~~

Ok la, it's getting late! Good nite! =D
